Ingredients

For the Chicken Patties

  • 500 g (1 lb) ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

For Assembly

  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 cheese slices (optional)
  • Mayonnaise, garlic sauce, or burger sauce
  • Sliced onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
  4. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Cook the chicken patties for about 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  6. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking and allow it to melt.
  7. Toast the burger buns lightly.
  8. Spread sauce on the buns, then add lettuce, tomato, the chicken patty, and any additional toppings.
  9. Serve immediately with fries, salad, or your favorite side dish.
This snack pairs well with a delicious Gochujang Sauce.
