- 4 brioche burger buns
- 4 beef patties (180–200 g / 6–7 oz each, 80/20 ground beef)
- 4 slices aged cheddar cheese
- 8 slices smoked bacon
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- Pickle slices
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 2 tbsp ketchup
