Ingredients
- 2 brioche burger buns
- 2 beef burger patties (about 150 g each)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 tomato slices
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
- Season the beef patties with salt and black pepper.
- Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until they reach your preferred doneness.
