A mozzarella burger is a juicy beef hamburger topped with melted mozzarella cheese, creating a creamy, stretchy texture that blends perfectly with the savory meat. Often served on a toasted bun with fresh vegetables and sauce, it’s a simple yet indulgent comfort food.
This burger highlights the mild, milky flavor of mozzarella, which melts smoothly over a hot beef patty. The result is a rich and satisfying sandwich that balances softness, juiciness, and a light cheesy stretch in every bite.
