Ingredients:

  • 2 beef burger patties (150–200g each)
  • 2 burger buns
  • 50g mozzarella cheese
  • 50g cheddar cheese
  • 30g gorgonzola cheese
  • 30g parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for buns)
  • Lettuce, tomato, or caramelized onions (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Season the beef patties with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
  3. In the final minute of cooking, place mozzarella, cheddar, gorgonzola, and parmesan on top of each patty. Cover briefly to help melt the cheeses.
  4. Lightly toast the burger buns with butter until golden.
  5. Assemble the burger: place the cheesy patty on the bottom bun and add optional toppings like lettuce or caramelized onions.
  6. Close with the top bun and serve immediately while hot and gooey.
