Ingredients
- 2 burger buns
- 2 beef patties (about 150–180g each)
- 2 eggs
- 2–4 slices cheddar cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter or oil (for cooking eggs)
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
- Tomato slices (optional)
- Burger sauce or mayonnaise
Instructions
- Season the beef patties with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties on a hot grill or pan for about 3–4 minutes per side (or until desired doneness).
- Add cheddar cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking so it melts.
