Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup rolled oats or oat flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
- Burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion slices for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash the cooked lentils using a fork or potato masher until mostly smooth.
