Ingredients
- 1 kg beef ribs, cleaned
- 300 g ground beef (topside or lean beef)
- 14 g salt
- Black pepper to taste
- Cumin to taste

- Cut the beef ribs into small pieces. Remove the white membrane and part of the fat, but keep about one-third of the fat to maintain flavor and juiciness.
- Grind the rib meat gradually using a food processor or meat grinder. You can also ask your butcher to grind it for you.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground rib meat with the ground beef.
- Add salt, black pepper, and cumin. Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly combined.
