Smash Burgers are thin, crispy-edged beef patties made by pressing ground beef directly onto a hot griddle or skillet. This technique creates intense caramelization, a deep savory crust, and a juicy interior, typically served on a soft bun with melted cheese and classic toppings.
A Smash Burger is a fast-cooking burger style where loosely packed beef is smashed onto a hot surface to maximize browning and flavor. The result is a thin, crispy patty with rich umami taste, often layered with cheese, pickles, onions, and a creamy sauce inside a toasted bun.
