- 1 lb (450 g) ground pork loin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
For Assembly
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced and caramelized
- 4 slices cheddar cheese (optional)
- 4 tablespoons garlic aioli or mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork loin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley.
- Mix gently until just combined and form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 6–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- During the final minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty if desired.
- Lightly toast the brioche buns.
- Spread garlic aioli on the bottom bun.
- Add lettuce, the pork patty, tomato slices, and caramelized onions.
- Top with the remaining bun and serve immediately.
