Ingredients

For the Burger Patties

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground pork loin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

For Assembly

  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced and caramelized
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons garlic aioli or mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork loin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley.
  2. Mix gently until just combined and form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the patties for 6–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. During the final minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty if desired.
  6. Lightly toast the brioche buns.
  7. Spread garlic aioli on the bottom bun.
  8. Add lettuce, the pork patty, tomato slices, and caramelized onions.
  9. Top with the remaining bun and serve immediately.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with crispy fries, sweet potato wedges, or a fresh coleslaw for a complete meal.
